TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of GymVill's gym, classes, and website. Please read them carefully before using our services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or using any GymVill service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships are personal and non-transferable. You must be 16 or older to join without parental consent. GymVill reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these terms, misconduct, or non-payment. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with no penalty; annual prepaid memberships are non-refundable except where required by consumer law.

CLASSES AND BOOKINGS

Class packs expire as stated at the time of purchase. Booked classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time may count as used. GymVill may modify the class timetable, instructor, or location without notice.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow members. Harassment, intimidation, or damage to equipment may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Exercise involves inherent risk. You acknowledge that you participate in all activities at your own risk. GymVill is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our facilities, except where required by law. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting a new exercise programme.

PAYMENTS

All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms. GymVill does not store your card details. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active members of material changes by email.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
